I OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFT BECAUSE: Even after 10 years I’m about 99% sure I can add another kilo to my best lifts - and because I love Olympic Weightlifting communities, those weirdos are my favourites.

FAVOURITE WOD AND MOVEMENT: Because I’m an Olympic Weightlifter, I am legally obligated to say something like front squats… but in reality, it’s bench press.

LEAST FAVOURITE EXERCISE: There’s only one correct answer to this question: Bulgarian split squats.

FAVOURITE FOOD: Ice cream, all day every day.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING/STARTING OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING: 1) Come for the gainz, stay for the community! 2) Take it slow and establish good habits early on, nothing’s worse than having to fix your technique over and over again when you are years into lifting.
