Categories, are based on your honest experience:
Rookies - Beginners Experience
Minors - Intermediate Experience
Majors - Advance Experience
There are limited spaces in each category, so please register to guarantee your spot in the competition. Please be honest with yourself and your fellow competitors, if you think you should be in a higher or lower grade then please register yourself there. We program this comp to stick to basic movements, there will be nothing crazy or expert level. IE No Muscle Ups or no Pistols in Rookies grade etc. The day is purely about providing a supportive, positive and a fully encouraging environment for people to compete outside of their own box.
Entry fee for the comp is $110.00 (non refundable). You will get a minimum of three WoDs.
WoDs will be released one week prior to the event on the Rising Stars Facebook page , so you can have a practice with them and feel more comfortable on the day.
